Future enhancements
What would make Whole Picture more complete, easier to maintain, or more useful to residents?
Resident stories
Connections we still cannot show completely
Goals → Budget → Work → Results
Connect public purpose to accounts, implementation, measures, outcomes, and what Wilbraham learned.
Controlled by WP-PMO-024 and WP-PMO-026Projects → Assets → Complete lifecycle
Connect condition, need, authorization, funding, contracts, spending, completion, maintenance, and present status.
Controlled by WP-PMO-021, WP-PMO-022, WP-PMO-023 and WP-PMO-025Budget accounts → Resident portfolios
Assign each dollar once across resident-readable portfolios while keeping shared costs, enterprise funds, and General Fund relationships honest.
Controlled by WP-PMO-013, WP-PMO-014 and WP-PMO-018Commercial activity → Public cost and value
Show gross contribution, Town support, direct and shared public costs, service effects, obligations, and results without inventing a net benefit.
Controlled by WP-PMO-007, WP-PMO-010 and WP-PMO-011Place → Resident experience
Show how choices affect locations and people through accepted privacy-safe areas, stable identity, suppression, and source reconciliation.
Controlled by WP-PMO-001, WP-PMO-002, WP-PMO-003 and WP-PMO-028Decision → Authority → Follow-through
Show who may decide now, what was authorized, how implementation proceeded, what changed, and who remains accountable.
Controlled by WP-PMO-016, WP-PMO-019, WP-PMO-020, WP-PMO-026 and WP-PMO-027Product stewardship
Work that keeps the app coherent
Resolve the presentation lineage
The formal current pointer names v4.17.0 while later local candidates preserve additional reporting and interaction work. Do not silently replace the pointer; verify and seal the intended successor first.
Keep every visible control honest
Maintain the small navy navigation arrow, heavy gold flow arrow, plus/minus expansion cue, keyboard focus, mobile behavior, zoom tolerance, and clear underlined text links.
Keep Special Reports deep
A resident who chooses a Special Report should reach the developed story—numbers, charts, relationships, sources, limitations, and decision meaning—not another thin doorway.
Review reflected historical files
Current reports may fully reflect older material, but only Sherie can approve removal of an exact preserved artifact after reviewing the reflection register.
